Supporting Mental Health

In addition to physical fitness, Fitunion also recognises the importance of mental health. That’s why last year they took on a huge challenge with with Mind, a leading mental health charity, to raise awareness and funds for those struggling with mental health challenges. As part of their commitment to mental health, Fitunion took on the ‘MindWalk: A Journey to Hope,’ an inspiring event where they embarked on an 86-mile walking expedition from London to Birchington! Overall, the trek took the team 4 days to complete but they raised an outstanding £3,500 for the charity! Elite at Home applauds Fitunion’s efforts and stands in solidarity with its mission to support mental health initiatives in our community.
