I have had a really good experience with the Care Provider, the office staff were kind, caring and obliging, nothing was too much of a problem. The Care provider kept me informed of all developments with my mother's care. They offered support for me which was very much appreciated and advised me of others services that I might find useful too. When I visit the Care Providers office, they are very warm and welcoming. The carers were really brilliant they were so kind and caring towards my mother and gave her as many drinks and snacks as she wanted and made her comfortable. The carers were well matched to us and our needs, they were very kind and friendly, interesting to talk to.

Work closely with our sister company, Care Match UK to support staffing and training.

How are we regulated?

Home care services in the UK are rigorously regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). The CQC ensures that providers meet high standards of safety, quality, and effectiveness, offering peace of mind to clients and their families.

Our office opening hours are:

Monday 9am - 5pm
Tuesday 9am - 5pm
Wednesday 9am - 5pm
Thursday 9am - 5pm
Friday 9am - 5pm

We understand that it's not always possible to contact us during normal business hours to begin your home care journey, which is why we encourage you to give us a call anytime. Our team is on hand 24/7 to answer any questions and offer any support you may require.

Prefer to speak in person? We can arrange for one of our lovely team members to visit you to talk about your requirements, at a time that is convenient for you. You can also make an appointment and visit us at our warm and friendly head office in Margate.
